Randy is a bilingual brand and web designer with 12 years of experience building visual identities that move people to act. He specializes in distilling complex missions into clean, compelling brands: the kind that resonate with donors, volunteers, and the communities nonprofits serve.

His approach is rooted in a single conviction: clarity is the most powerful creative tool a nonprofit has. When your message is simple, honest, and visually strong, people don't just notice you. They trust you. And trust is what drives giving.

As Founder and Executive Director of World Speaks Omaha, she knows firsthand what it means to fight for funding, build community trust across cultures, and make a mission land with people who've never heard of you.
